Spirit & Stars are very excited to be working together with the Abruzzo Borgo to organise & offer this 4 day spiritual retreat to you, as it should truly be a very special experience! At the retreat Paul will be teaching in the mornings, doing a demonstration of mediumship & also be available for private readings. Accommodation is at the enchanting, peaceful Abruzzo Borgo, who are also arranging the afternoon trips to visit nearby spiritual sites.
The retreat is taking place in a very spiritual location surrounded by beautiful Italian countryside, and opens up the opportunity for a spiritual journey that brings love, peace & healing to your mind, heart and soul. An experience that will help you to go within to reveal a greater understanding of your ‘self’ and deepen your relationship with the spiritual world.
Paul will be in Abruzzo from the 6th – 9th June. Each morning Paul will be doing a guided meditation along with spiritual teaching, which will be suitable for both beginners & those with more experience. Everyday you will be meditating & doing exercises designed to deepen your spiritual understanding & develop your inner spiritual gifts, with Paul there to help & guide you through each one.
In the afternoons you will have the opportunity to explore the captivating destinations outlined below, as well as visiting other nearby treasures. Taking in these places of powerful spiritual energies & vibrations will add to & enhance the morning’s spiritual enrichment as you sense & tune into the energies of these divine, out of this world places. And all together, this may all unite to bring heightened awareness of spirit, the spiritual guidance that is always close at hand & feelings of inner peace & renewal.
If you wish, there is also the opportunity to book a private reading with Paul during the retreat. During a reading Paul connects with your loved ones in the spiritual world and is able to convey loving messages & clear evidence that they are still very much with you, which brings comfort, healing & inner peace. You can also ask Paul any questions you have.

Thursday 6th June
Morning ~ Guided Meditation. Followed by Paul teaching on the importance of meditation, and how to get to know your spiritual guides and their names. Paul will be guiding you through exercises to help you feel when your guides are coming closer and how to tune into the vibration and energy.
Afternoon ~ We will visit the Parco Lavino with its sulphur spring, where the mesmerising phenomenon of changing water colours, assumes deeper significance. The sulphur’s healing properties symbolise the cleansing of not just the body, but also the mind and soul, fostering inner purification and spiritual growth. The ever-changing hues of the water reflect the fluidity of life’s experiences and the cyclical nature of existence, reminding us to embrace change and find beauty in transformation. Within this sacred space, seekers may discover not only physical rejuvenation but also profound spiritual awakening and enlightenment.
Friday 7th June
Morning ~ Guided Meditation. Followed by Paul teaching about different types of healing – hands on healing, colour healing, trance healing & absent healing. Paul will be guiding you through exercises to help deepen your understanding of spiritual healing.
Afternoon ~ We will visit the site of the Hermitage of the Holy Spirit. Which embodies a sanctuary of divine presence, where seekers retreat to commune with the sacred essence. It stands as a beacon of solitude and contemplation, inviting pilgrims to embark on a journey of inner exploration and connection with the transcendent. Here, amidst the tranquil embrace of nature’s embrace, one may experience the ineffable presence of the Holy Spirit, illuminating the path towards deeper understanding, compassion, and union with the divine.
Saturday 8th June
Morning ~ Guided Meditation to connect with your spiritual guides and ask them to help you with communication from your loved ones and those in the spiritual world. Followed by Paul teaching and guiding you through exercises to develop your links with your guides to build a stronger communication and receive a message from spirit.
Afternoon ~ We will visit The Church of the Mother Mary of Graces. Which is a very spiritual, energetic place of divine feminine essence embodied by the Blessed Virgin. It is a sanctuary of unconditional love, compassion and nurturing grace, reflecting the eternal motherhood of the divine. Within its sacred halls, the presence of Mary, the Mother of All, radiates like a beacon of light, offering solace, healing and guidance to all who seek her intercession. Many participants of Abruzzo Borgo retreats have had signs and visions of her here.

Booking & Payment
The booking form below must be filled in if you wish to attend the retreat &/or have a reading with Paul. As this means we have a record of everyone’s booking details which helps us to organise everything – Thank you!
Readings must be booked in advance, as due to the schedule for the retreat the time actually available for in person appointments is rather limited. But! Paul also does readings via Zoom, which can be booked for a time that is convenient for you & Paul.

You can secure your place with a deposit of half the amount due. The full amount will be due 2 weeks before – by 23rd May. Please message us if you would prefer to pay by weekly or monthly instalments, as this is also fine.
