A little about me, and how the stars help guide our spiritual journey
Hi, I’m Kate – Paul’s wife, and here I thought I would explain a little about why I am so drawn to astrology and makes the stars so mesmerising to me!
Being as how the wisdom written in the sky never ceases to ignite a soul deep reverence and huge curiosity in me. I see the stars as wise, ancient friends, and I am passionate about sharing how engaging and transformative astrology can be, in the hope that you feel a similar spark in your heart and soul and it offers something meaningful to you.
My journey with astrology began at a young age, as the sky captured my imagination and filled me with a sense of wonder. From my earliest days my grandma opened a door into the magic of the unseen realms, she was intuitive, attuned to spirit, knew about herbs, and lunar timing. I loved spending time with my grandma! And she ignited within me an enduring fascination with life’s mysteries and the night sky.
As I grew older – with this being years before the arrival of the internet! – this led to searching bookshop shelves for anything that could teach me more. Any astrology book I could find! The tingle of excitement when I discovered the treasure of a text, the knowledge I couldn’t wait to read – and try and understand! To cut a long story short, this obsession gradually evolved into a lifelong study, shaped and deepened along the way by life’s tests and many lessons.
In my experience the stars are timeless companions who advise and guide us. Help us to reflect on ourselves, explore the deeper, bigger questions in life and enhance our self-awareness. Offers us comfort and a compass when navigating struggles or uncertainty.
Astrology is a rich, sacred practice, with deep ancient roots as its true origin. A living tradition carrying centuries of spiritual insight and wisdom. The ancient Hermetic principle of “as above, so below” expresses the ancient view and understanding that the universe is not chaotic, with life a series of random events – but a meaningful divine design woven with sacred order and intention. A philosophy that captures perfectly how the picture in the sky acts as a celestial mirror that reflects the patterns of the universe onto earthly life.
At all times we are co-creating with the universe, since while the “above” outlines fate, as we are born with a personal set of life themes and possibilities, how we choose to navigate and handle life in the “below” is our own free will.
The stars at our birth help to illuminate our path through this earthly life. We are born at a moment chosen by our soul when the energies most closely align with our personal energy and our souls plan for this lifetime. Our birth chart is a map of our unique energetic imprint. Our core personality traits, strengths, challenges, and the important themes of this lifetime.
I believe we are all psychic, every one of us can feel energy, sense subtle shifts around us, and connect with the realm of spirit. Mediumship, however, is a distinct gift. While I don’t hear the voice of spirit directly like my amazing husband Paul does, the stars bring me to the edge of the spirit world. Because the stars – as they map the journey of the soul – light the path to the bridge that leads to spirit. The medium has direct communication, Paul crosses the bridge beyond this physical realm and has an ongoing dialogue with spirit. The stars are the outer map, the medium, the personal voice of the soul.
Spirit reminds us where we come from, and where we will return to. That our soul travels through many earthly lives carrying specific, individualised themes, gifts, and challenges from past incarnations that outline our soul’s plan for the intended growth in this lifetime.
By combining astrology with mediumship, they unite to reveal the connection between ourselves, spirit, and the universe. Anchors deep within us understanding that our life has a purpose, nothing happens by chance, and unwavering certainty in the ultimate truth that life continues and is eternal.
Whilst they don’t provide all the answers, they awaken us to who we truly are – spiritual beings whose real home is in the spiritual world. Encourage us to explore life’s mysteries, where every step draws us closer to our connection with the eternal source of deep love and compassion in the spiritual world.
To know that the universe is designed to guide us at all times, and offers us comfort and clarity when we need it most. That no matter how dark life, or the world seems, we can hold onto the faith that ultimately we are safe and secure.
Together spirit and the stars unite to guide our growth here on Earth, and lead us home to the eternal source of divine love.
